Padav uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate travel itineraries, hotel suggestions, restaurant recommendations, visa information, health tips, and activity guides.
AI can make mistakes. Hotel names, prices, availability, visa requirements, vaccination recommendations, flight details, and opening hours may be inaccurate, outdated, or entirely fabricated ("hallucinated"). Padav content should be treated as a starting point for your research, not as confirmed fact.
Always verify all bookings, visa requirements, health advice, and travel logistics independently before making any financial commitments or travel decisions. Padav is not responsible for any losses, inconvenience, or harm resulting from reliance on AI-generated content.
1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing or using Padav ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. What Padav is
Padav is an AI-assisted travel planning tool designed to help families discover and plan trips. We are not a travel agency, booking platform, medical advisor, or legal advisor.
We do not sell flights, accommodation, or travel insurance. Links to third-party booking platforms (Google Flights, Booking.com, Kayak, etc.) are provided for convenience — we are not affiliated with or compensated by these platforms.
3. Use of the service
You may use Padav for personal, non-commercial trip planning. You may not:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute generated itineraries for commercial purposes
- Attempt to reverse-engineer or overload the Service
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
4. Accuracy of information
Padav makes no representations or warranties about the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any AI-generated content including but not limited to:
- Hotel names, prices, and availability
- Restaurant names, hours, and reservations
- Flight routes, prices, and schedules
- Visa and entry requirements
- Health, vaccination, and safety information
- Exchange rates and costs
- National park hours, permit requirements, and fees
You are solely responsible for independently verifying all information before making any bookings or travel decisions.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Padav and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from:
- Reliance on AI-generated content
- Missed flights, denied visas, or lost bookings
- Medical incidents related to ignored or incorrect health advice
- Service interruptions or data loss
6. Third-party services
Padav integrates with Anthropic's Claude AI, Tavily search, and links to third-party booking and mapping services. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of these third parties. Your use of third-party services is subject to their own terms.
7. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be noted on this page.
